What started as a small fundraiser venture to help with the farm animals at Slater Park's Daggett Farm has grown through the years. Through the creative minds and dedicated hard work of young volunteers, the Slater Park Haunted Tunnel has become an anticipated destination on the Halloween haunt list!!! It was the combining of the growing Tunnel, Pumpkins in the Park and activities in the carousel that created the Fright Night in the Park. We introduced a new addition, "The Woods", to the mix. However, the Tunnel remains the haunt of choice for the older patrons.
The Haunted Tunnel is broken down into two sections. A 200ft concrete tunnel is host to nine rooms, each individually themed around various fears. The attraction in also home to a large outdoor path including an industrial corn maze, Pumpkin patch, and Cemetery to name a few.
The Tunnel is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

I loved it! Really awesome displays inside. Was very fun. I went on the third night they were open for the season.
Was lit well inside to see display's detail. The "cemetery" area was awesome. Actors did great and staff was friendly.
I took one star away for the following reasons;
-I wanted a t-shirt but they only had available sizes Large & 5XL? Again, this is all they had for only the third night they opened?
Plus, there were no refreshments to buy. Being able to buy a hot apple cider would had been nice.
They have no signs directing you where to get to the haunted tunnel or the pumpkin displays-- so if you are unfamiliar with the park, you can easily get lost.
There's no lighting in the park area/roads. The park is pitch black making it hard to walk-Very unsafe. And when driving, you need to be mighty careful of pedestrians--many weren't wearing reflective gear on their clothes. I actually had to use my gps to get out of the park to go home.
However, this Haunted Tunnel was fun and worth the ten dollar admission. I would definitely attend it again.
